In part 2 while the diplomats wra...。仁华医院副院长武明训（尤勇 饰）业务能力超强，他为接老院长的班，特地赶赴美国拜访老同学心脏外科专家钟立行（谢君豪 饰），恰巧钟在为一名移植心脏出现排异的老人做手术。此时钟的妹妹因车祸不治身亡，钟立行遵妹生前遗嘱，忍痛将妹妹的心脏移植到另一位病患身上。不料，好心没有好报，患者女儿要状告钟立行违背医德。武明训趁机将钟带回国，钟的到来在全院引起巨大反响，他精湛的医术和对职业的虔诚让所有人耳目一新，完全没有国内那种为了功名投机钻营的市侩心态。接着他成了继武明训、江一丹（陈瑾 饰）之后的第三位院长候选人。曾经的同学，如今却成了影响升迁的绊脚石......。陈家陈太太被人拔了输药管而死在病床上，事情来得很突然也很必然，陈家常住的只有陈家小姐陈芸、女佣阿兰及陈老板的秘书兼姘妇于琳， 而陈老板由于生意原因只偶尔在家小憩几段时日。四人均有嫌疑，究竟谁是凶手，杀人的动机又是什么？。
