She is th...。想当警察吗？据说，谁抓够了100个小偷，警校就能特招。北京少年马辉和于岩都是17岁，两人有生以来最大的愿望都是能当上警察，穿上警服去抓坏人。他们结伴报考警校，结果双双落榜。两人都很郁闷，看来整个夏天和以后的日子可能就要这么郁闷下去了。 小区联防队员、“好市民”孙叔告诉他们：“据说抓够100个小偷会被警察学校特招！”马辉和于岩虽然知道孙叔平日说话就有些“大”，但激动之余顾不得考证这个“据说”的根据，当即决定：先抓上100个小偷再说！马辉和于岩积极准备，自己动手制作警棍，旧货市场买防刺背心……于是一段抓小偷的历程就此展开。。
