第六季把观众带回美丽的约克郡山谷，讲述更多人与动物的暖心故事。但这一次，时间来到1945年，欧洲的战争即将结束，主角们处于一种不同的境地。。四处飘泊的主角风间刚因为听到哥哥将人失踪的消息而回到拳王流道馆，但馆主泷道行声称将人是因为害怕比试而失踪，对于泷的出言侮辱风间刚向其发出挑战，且轻松地击败了泷。其后，刚在拳王流学徒中得知将人是被抓走的。 输掉的泷心生不忿，于是便谎称知道将人的下落，并引刚到一个隐蔽处，在那里除了泷以外，还有一个Guyborg。其实这是泷和邪恶组织·王冠组织设下的全套，王冠组织四处收集世界的格斗家并将他们改造成身着盔甲的士兵Guyborg；又或者让未知生命体Fallah寄生到人体，令他们变成怪物般的Mutiant，从而制造出最强的战士。刚不敌Guyborg，被他用电流击昏，而身为出卖者的泷亦被抓回基地当实验品。 两人被带到基地后，刚被改造成Guyborg，泷则被植入Fallah而变成Mutiant。在王冠基地的监狱里，刚被原王冠的科学家城石所救。在逃离时，Mutiant...。Pororo and friends are back!
