在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。本片改编自畅销小说家薛尼谢莱登的小说《午夜情挑》。剧情描述一名国际大企业的董事长突然离奇丧命，他的女儿继承父业，暗中追查潜伏在公司中的杀父仇人。本片由泰伦斯．扬导演，息影多年的奥黛丽．赫本主演。。Damien and Nadia, in their thirties, are leaving Paris with Chloé, their 8 year old daughter, to settle in the French provinces.
